2 Calculate the cutting length
According to the measurement of the size, the length of the blanking is accurately calculated. The general calculation method of the bus bar with a slope uses the Pythagorean theorem. Generally, the skin thickness must be considered when calculating the blanking length.
3 material selection
The selection of the material is based on the width of the bus bar. The main requirements are described in the previous chapter. The selected materials are cut in strict accordance with the calculated size. The bus bar must be straight, and the bus bar must not have obvious defects such as hammer marks, pits, and mechanical damage. The busbar blanking requires cutting with a shearing machine. The busbar should be calibrated before or after the blanking, and the busbar leveling machine should be used to straighten and correct the busbar. The copper row should be cut to consider whether there is a waste row available to reduce costs.

(2) The size of the connection hole of the busbar. The diameter of the connection hole is generally larger than the diameter of the mounting bolt by 0.5 to 1mm.
