Specification for bus installations for electrical installat
The phase sequence of the lines should meet the following requirements when the design is not specified:
(1) The AC busbars arranged above and below are arranged in phases A, B, and C from top to bottom. The DC busbar has the positive pole on the top and the negative pole on the bottom.
2. The horizontally arranged AC busbars are arranged in phases A, B, and C from the back of the panel to the panel surface. The DC bus has the positive pole at the back and the negative pole at the front.
3. The AC buses of the down-conductors are arranged in phases A, B, and C from left to right. The DC bus has the positive pole on the left and the negative pole on the right.
Blue is N (Neutral)
The color of the busbar paint should meet the following requirements: _ + L (K, one- and three-phase AC busbars: Phase A is yellow, Phase B is green, and Phase C is red. The single-phase AC bus is the same color as the outgoing phase.
2. DC bus: The positive pole is ochre and the negative pole is blue.
3. DC balanced bus and AC neutral bus: those who are not grounded are purple, those who are grounded are purple with black stripes.
4. Enclosed bus bar: The outer surface of the bus bar and the inner surface of the shell are painted with matte black paint, and the outer surface of the shell is painted with light-color paint.
The busbar paint color paint should meet the following requirements:
First, outdoor soft buses and closed buses should be painted with phase paint at both ends and appropriate parts in the middle.
2. All surfaces of a single-piece busbar and all visible surfaces of multiple-piece, slot-shaped, and tubular-shaped busbars shall be painted with a phase paint. 3. All surfaces of the steel bus bar should be painted with anticorrosive paint.
Fourth, the paint should be uniform, no layer, wrinkle and other defects, and should be neat and consistent.
Busbars should not be painted with paint in the following places:
1. Bolt connection and support connection of bus, connection of bus and electrical appliances, and within 10mm from all connections.
2. On the contact surface for the connection of the portable ground wire, the length of the unpainted part shall be the width or diameter of the bus bar, and shall not be less than 50mm, and shall be coated with black marker tape with a width of 10mm on both sides.
