System Overview & AU Requirements:
           The HQY255-125 Busway Pressing System is a professional-tier assembly solution for AU Switchboard Manufacturers. It features a triple-stage workflow: a Riveting Station, Pre-fabrication Table, and Discharge Table. Engineered for the heavy-duty riveting assembly of sandwich busway sections with widths of 91mm ~ 255mm and a height of 125mm. This machine ensures precision compression, allowing for seamless manual riveting and superior mechanical structural integrity in line with AS/NZS power distribution standards.

Core Technical Advantages:
           1. Relay Control & Pneumatic Precision: Utilises a robust relay control system with high-pressure pneumatic clamping for consistent assembly cycles.
           2. Surface Protection: The non-powered rollers are fully integrated and coated with Premium Polyurethane to prevent any scratching or marring of the aluminium/steel busway bridge surface—critical for AU aesthetic and anti-corrosion requirements.
           3. Heavy-Duty Frame: The steel beam frame is precision-bent and supported by square hollow sections (SHS), allowing for adjustable height and stability. Finished in a professional industrial grey spray coating.
           4. Automated Clamping Cycle: Operators position the pre-installed bridge and activate the foot switch. The system automatically lifts the bridge from the rollers, clamps both sides securely, and applies top-down pressure on the copper conductors for a perfectly compacted fit.
           5. Efficient Discharge: Once riveting is complete, the foot switch release sequence returns the bridge to the roller surface, allowing it to glide to the discharge station for the next phase of fabrication.
